The base is a little bit uneven may need adjust, a little scratch show in the picture
28" wide at bottom, 19.5" wide at top plate, 28" tall, very wide top plate 4.75". Made in steel tubing 3" x 1", black powder coated.
Screws not included, we recommend #10 wood screws or 1/4" wood inserts.
The legs come with adjustable levelling feet
